Now is the time to recall Mr. Quinn plus all state reps & seoantrs who voted for this tax hike. Illinois is not going to be a state where companies would want to relocate to or have a plant inside of. Illinois has been for decades a tax-tax-spend-spend' state & there is little or no hope of change unless we-the-people force said change (No doubt many other states have the same boodler kind of mentality relative to taxes). Relative to property taxes & increased state income taxes, how do all of you like the idea of appealing to the state & local appeals bodies? How about tying up the state government so it would cease to function? How about lobbying our reps & seoantrs so much that they would grind to a halt or to the slowest crawl?
